Organizational Chart

Co-CEO’s:	The role of the CEO’s is to establish the agenda and priorities of EMS Global. They provide leadership to the organization and are responsible for furthering the mission of the organization.
EMS Global Committee:	The EMS Global committee consists of volunteer members from various professions who provide oversight to the organization. The committee consists of a treasurer, secretary and at-large members who provide counsel to the CEO’s . The committee also oversees that the mission and goals of EMS Global are adhered too. The committee is also responsible for approving all budgets and projects for the organization.
Board of Governors:	The Board of Governors represent individuals who oversee the day to day operations of EMS Global projects and initiatives. They are volunteers with unique expertise who report directly to the CEO’s.
Volunteers:	EMS Global has been fortunate to have a number of individuals volunteer their time to assist on various capacities to meet our mission. They have dedicated and continue to provide their time and expertise to the various projects we are conducting.
